Websites, Software and Digital Projects for Singapore Businesses, Delivered from India
Appeonix Creative Lab is an Indian technology studio, established in 2014 and based in Thrissur, Kerala. We design and build websites, custom software and mobile apps, and run search and advertising campaigns for clients outside India, including businesses in Singapore.
We do not have a Singapore office. Projects run remotely: requirements, reviews and decisions happen over video calls, shared documents and staging links, with the scope written down before work starts.

Services available to Singapore clients
Each page below explains scope, delivery and the questions Singapore buyers usually ask for that service.
Why some Singapore companies build with an Indian team
Singapore has a strong local technology sector, and for many projects a local agency is the right choice. Businesses usually look offshore for different reasons: a backlog of internal tools nobody has time to build, a website or app that needs steady development rather than a one-off sprint, or a budget that cannot support a full local team for the length of the work.
An offshore partner only makes sense if the arrangement is managed properly. That means a written scope, a named point of contact, regular demonstrations of working software, and a clear answer to who owns the code, designs and accounts at the end. Those are the things this page, and each service page, tries to explain plainly.
What we are not
We are not a Singapore-registered company, we are not an IMDA pre-approved vendor under the Productivity Solutions Grant, and we cannot sign documents that require a local entity. If any of those are requirements for your project, a local provider will suit you better, and we would rather say so at the start.
Working hours between Singapore and Kerala
Singapore Standard Time is UTC+8 and Indian Standard Time is UTC+5:30, so India is two and a half hours behind Singapore all year; neither country uses daylight saving.

Questions to ask any offshore development partner
Use these whether or not you choose us. A good partner will answer each one in writing.
Who is my day-to-day contact?
One person should own communication, take decisions to the team and be reachable during the shared hours.
How will I see progress?
Ask for a staging link or demo at agreed intervals, not just status reports.
What exactly is in scope?
A feature list or page list with exclusions avoids arguments about what was promised.
Who owns the result?
Code, designs, domain, hosting and app-store accounts should end up in your name.
How are changes priced?
New requests mid-project should be quoted and approved before work on them begins.
What happens after launch?
Find out how fixes, updates and future work are handled, and at what rate.
How to identify Appeonix Creative Lab
Before sending a brief or signing a proposal, you should be able to identify the business you are dealing with. These are our registration details. They tell you who we are and where we operate; they are not certifications or government endorsements.
How commercial terms are agreed
Every engagement, from a small website to a long-running software project, starts with a written proposal you can review with your own team before anything is billed or built.
Singapore clients ask us
Do you have an office or staff in Singapore?
No. Our team is based in Kerala, India. We work with Singapore clients remotely and can arrange video calls during the Singapore afternoon, when both teams are at work.
Can our project be claimed under the Productivity Solutions Grant?
No. PSG supports IMDA pre-approved solutions from listed vendors, and Appeonix is not one of them. Budget for the project without assuming grant support.
Which currency do you invoice in?
The currency and payment method are agreed in the proposal. Ask about this at the start so your finance team can confirm how the payment will be made.
Can we start with a small piece of work?
Yes. Many clients begin with a fixed, clearly scoped task, such as a landing page, a prototype or a technical review, before committing to a larger project.
How do we share confidential information safely?
We can sign a confidentiality agreement before you share details, and we work in the accounts and tools you provide where possible, so your data stays under your control.
Have a project you would like to outsource?
Send a short description of what you need, your timeline and any constraints. We will reply with questions or a proposal outline.
