A website for a Singapore audience has some practical requirements that a generic template does not handle.
Personal data in forms
The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies when your forms collect names, phone numbers or other personal data. We include a clear purpose statement and consent wording on each form, link to your privacy policy and avoid collecting fields you do not need. The policy text itself should come from you or your adviser; we build the mechanics around it.
Languages
English is the working language for most business sites, but some audiences respond better to Chinese, Malay or Tamil content. We can structure the site so additional language versions can be added cleanly, with translations supplied by you or your translator.
Hosting and your domain
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud all operate Singapore regions, and many hosting providers have Singapore servers, so pages load quickly for local visitors. A .com.sg domain is registered to a Singapore-registered organisation, which is one more reason the domain should stay in your company's name, not ours.

Can you redesign our existing website without losing Google rankings?
We map every important old URL to its new equivalent with permanent redirects, keep page titles and content that already perform, and check Search Console after launch. Rankings can still move during a rebuild, so we plan the launch for a quieter period where possible.
Who writes the website content?
You know your business best, so the core content usually comes from you. We provide the page structure, guidance on what each page should cover and editing for clarity; copywriting can be added to the scope if you need it.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves?
Yes. With WordPress your team edits pages directly; with a custom build we create editing screens for the content you change often. Either way you receive a short guide and the admin logins.
Do you show prices including GST on our site?
If you are GST-registered and sell to consumers, prices shown to them generally need to include GST, currently 9%. We build price displays the way your accountant advises; we do not give tax advice.
Can the site be hosted in Singapore?
Yes. We can deploy to a Singapore data centre on your own hosting or cloud account, which keeps load times low for local visitors and keeps the account in your name.
