Brand Identity and Graphic Design for Singapore Businesses
A recognisable brand makes every website, app and advertisement work harder. We design logos, visual identities and the everyday graphics a business needs, from pitch decks to social media templates, for companies in Singapore.
Our designers work from India. You review concepts and refinements online, and at the end you receive editable source files and simple guidelines your team can follow.

Branding and design deliverables

Brochures, posters, event materials and presentation decks.
Digital and social templates
Editable post, story and banner templates for consistent social media.
Building a brand that works in Singapore
Singapore audiences see many brands from many cultures every day, so clarity and consistency matter more than novelty.
Names and marks in more than one script
Some businesses use a Chinese name alongside an English one, or need materials in Malay or Tamil. We design lock-ups that place both scripts together, with typefaces that support each, using translations or names you provide.
Checking your mark is available
Before you invest in a new logo and name, check whether similar marks are already registered. Trademarks in Singapore are registered with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). We design for distinctiveness, but trademark searches and legal clearance should be handled by you or a qualified adviser.
Designed for screens first
Most people will meet your brand on a phone. We test logos at app-icon and favicon sizes and in social media profile crops, not only on a business card.
Our branding process

Your customers, competitors, values and where the brand will appear.

The chosen concept developed through agreed revision rounds.

Briefing a remote design team well
Working with designers in another country goes smoothly when the brief is concrete. Share examples of brands you like and dislike, and say why; list every place the brand must appear, from shop signage to app icons; and name the one person who will approve designs, so feedback does not arrive from five directions at once.
We present concepts on a video call so you can ask questions as we walk through the thinking, then send the presentation for your colleagues to review in their own time. Written feedback against each concept, collected in one document, keeps the refinement rounds focused and on schedule.
The design team behind your brand
Your brand assets will be created by Appeonix Creative Lab, an Udyam-registered micro enterprise in Kerala, India, that also holds an Ontario business name registration. Final artwork and source files are handed over to you as agreed in the proposal.
Agreeing a branding brief and fee
For branding, the proposal states how many concepts you will see, how many refinement rounds are included, which applications (cards, templates, social assets) are part of the fee and which file formats you will receive.
Branding questions we often hear
How many logo concepts will we see?
The number is set in the proposal. We prefer a few well-developed concepts shown in real situations, such as a shopfront, website header or app icon, over a large batch of quick sketches.
Will we own the logo and the source files?
Yes. On completion and payment as agreed, you receive the final artwork and editable source files. Fonts are subject to their own licences, which we explain before you choose them.
Can you design a Chinese version of our name?
We can design the characters into your identity using a name or translation you provide. Choosing the Chinese name itself is best done with a native speaker who understands your market.
Can you just design social media posts every month?
Yes. Ongoing graphic design can be arranged as a monthly allocation of hours or a set number of designs, using your existing brand.
Do you print the materials?
We prepare print-ready files to your printer's specifications. Printing and delivery are arranged with a printer of your choice in Singapore.
Does your brand look as good as your work?
Share your current logo and materials, or describe the new business. We will suggest whether a refresh or a new identity makes sense.
