SEO Services for Singapore Businesses
Search engine optimisation is slow, unglamorous work: fixing what stops search engines reading your site, publishing pages that answer what Singapore buyers actually search for, and earning mentions from other sites over time.
Our SEO team works from India on your site, your Google Search Console and your analytics, and reports each month in plain language on what was done and what changed.

The four parts of our SEO work
Technical health
Crawl errors, slow pages, duplicate URLs, broken redirects, missing canonical tags and structured data problems, fixed or specified for your developer.
Keyword and intent research
Which terms Singapore buyers use for your services, how competitive they are and what kind of page each search expects.
Content and on-page work
Improving existing pages and planning new ones that answer specific questions better than competing results.
Local presence and links
Google Business Profile guidance for your Singapore address, consistent business listings and earning genuine mentions.
What makes Singapore search different
Singapore is a compact, competitive market where many businesses chase the same commercial phrases. Ranking for a broad term against established local firms takes time; specific searches with clear intent often bring better enquiries sooner.
Local results need a real address
Map listings depend on a genuine business location. If your company has a Singapore address, we help you complete and maintain your Google Business Profile; the profile stays in your account. We never create listings at addresses where you do not operate.
More than one language
Some audiences search in Chinese, Malay or Tamil. Where you publish translated pages, we set up language versions with correct hreflang annotations, so search engines show the right version to the right reader.
Competitors overseas
For B2B services, you may also compete with regional firms targeting Singapore. Research covers who actually ranks for your terms, not just who you consider a competitor.
What to expect month by month
Timelines vary with competition and with how quickly fixes and new pages are published. This is an illustration of sequence, not a promise of results.
| Period | Main work | What you should see |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 | Audit, keyword research, analytics and Search Console checks | A prioritised issues list and a target-keyword map |
| Months 2–3 | Technical fixes, on-page improvements, first new content | Pages indexed correctly; early movement for specific terms |
| Months 4–6 | Further content, internal linking, local and link-earning work | Broader visibility and more organic enquiries, if the plan is followed |
| Ongoing | Monitoring, refreshing content, new opportunities | A monthly report linking work done to traffic and leads |
Practices we use, and practices we refuse
We will
- Report on enquiries and sales where tracking allows, not only rankings
- Explain every recommendation and its expected effect
- Keep access to Search Console and analytics in your name
We will not
- Guarantee a ranking position on Google
- Buy links or use private blog networks, which break Google's spam policies
- Publish thin pages that only swap place names
Measuring SEO by enquiries, not just positions
Rankings are easy to report and easy to misread: a first-page position for a phrase nobody searches is worth little. Before optimising, we make sure enquiry forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks from organic visitors are recorded as conversions in Google Analytics, and that Search Console is connected so we can see the queries that actually bring people to your pages.
Each month we look at which landing pages generate enquiries from organic search, which queries lead to them and where visitors leave without contacting you. That tells us whether to improve an existing page, write a new one or fix a technical problem, and it lets you judge the work by business results rather than by a list of keywords.
Who will be working on your website
SEO work means giving an outside team access to your website, analytics and Search Console. That access will go to Appeonix Creative Lab, an Indian micro enterprise registered under Udyam that also holds an Ontario business name registration. You can remove our access at any time.
How SEO engagements are structured
SEO is usually a monthly engagement. The proposal sets out the hours or tasks included each month, who implements technical changes, the reporting format, and the notice period for ending the arrangement.
Services that support search performance
SEO questions from Singapore businesses
How soon will we rank on the first page?
Nobody can promise that honestly. Results depend on competition, your site's current state and how consistently improvements are published. We set targets for specific terms and report progress against them every month.
Do you need access to our website?
For technical fixes and content updates, yes, or we can send precise instructions to your developer. We also need read access to Google Search Console and your analytics account.
Can you do SEO for a website another company built?
Yes. We audit the existing site, fix what can be fixed within its CMS, and specify anything that needs your developer.
Will you write the content?
We plan the content and can write it, with a specialist reviewing technical accuracy. For regulated or highly technical topics, your team should review every page before publishing.
How do you report results?
Each month you receive a short report: work completed, changes in organic traffic and enquiries, keyword movement for agreed terms, and the plan for next month.
