What these registrations mean, and what they do not
Ontario business name registration
In Ontario, a business that trades under a name registers that name with the province and receives a Business Identification Number. It is a registration of a business name. It is not incorporation, it does not create a corporation, and it does not mean we have an office serving Singapore.
Udyam registration in India
Udyam is the Government of India's registration for micro, small and medium enterprises. Our Udyam record classifies Appeonix Creative Lab as a micro enterprise whose major activity is services, located in Thrissur, Kerala. The Udyam scheme itself began in 2020; the 2014 date is the enterprise date recorded on our registration, and matches when the business started.
What neither registration is
Neither record is a quality certification, a security accreditation, or an endorsement by any government. Neither gives us a legal presence in Singapore. We mention them so you can identify the business, not as proof of capability; for that, look at our case studies, ask for references and judge our proposal.
How you can check these details yourself
Udyam number
The Government of India's Udyam Registration portal (udyamregistration.gov.in) offers a facility to verify a Udyam registration number. Enter UDYAM-KL-13-0116371.
Ontario business name
Business name registrations can be searched through the Ontario Business Registry operated by the Government of Ontario. Search by the name APPEONIX CREATIVE LAB or the BIN; some document products may carry a fee.

Questions about our company records
Is Appeonix a company incorporated in Canada?
No. Our Ontario record is a business name registration, not incorporation. We describe it that way everywhere.
Does the Ontario registration mean you have staff in Canada serving Singapore?
No. Singapore projects are delivered by our team in India. The Ontario registration identifies the business name and its principal place of business in Ontario.
Is Appeonix registered with ACRA in Singapore?
No. We have no Singapore-registered entity. If your procurement policy requires a supplier registered with ACRA, we would not qualify.
Can you sign our vendor agreement or NDA?
Usually, yes. Send it before you share confidential details and we will review it and point out anything we cannot agree to.
Why do you list your registration details at all?
Because offshore buyers reasonably want to know who they are dealing with. Clear identification is a starting point for trust, not a substitute for checking our work.
