Software Testing and QA Services for Singapore Companies
Defects found by customers cost far more than defects found before release. We test websites, web applications and mobile apps for Singapore companies, whether we built them or another team did.
Our QA engineers work from India, often overnight relative to your development day, so a build delivered in the Singapore afternoon can be tested and reported on by the next morning, when timelines are agreed that way.
Tell us what needs testing
What is the product, how often do you release, and what testing happens today?
Types of testing we provide
| Testing type | What it answers | Tools we use |
|---|---|---|
| Functional and exploratory | Does each feature do what the requirements say? | Test cases, structured exploratory sessions |
| Regression | Did this release break something that used to work? | Maintained regression suites, manual or automated |
| UI test automation | Can repetitive browser checks run on every build? | Selenium, Cypress |
| Mobile app testing | Does the app work across devices and OS versions? | Real devices, emulators, Appium |
| API testing | Do services return correct data and handle errors? | Postman |
| Load and performance | Will the system cope with peak traffic? | JMeter |
| User acceptance support | Is it ready for real users to sign off? | UAT plans, scripts and defect triage |
When independent testing pays for itself
Developers test their own code, but they test what they intended to build. An independent tester checks what was actually built, against the requirements and against how real users behave.
Before a peak period
Retailers preparing for sales events such as 11.11 or year-end promotions benefit from load testing and a full regression pass on checkout and payment flows before traffic arrives.
When accepting work from a vendor
If another agency built your system, an independent test before final payment gives you an objective defect list instead of a debate about whether the work is finished.
When releases keep breaking things
Recurring regressions usually mean there is no repeatable test suite. We build one, automate the stable parts and keep it updated as the product changes.
How a testing engagement runs
Understand the product
Walk through the system, requirements, user roles and release process.
Test plan
Scope, test types, environments, devices and entry and exit criteria, agreed in writing.
Test cases
Written cases for critical journeys, reviewed with your team.
Execution and defect reporting
Defects logged in your tracker with steps, evidence, severity and environment.
Retesting and regression
Fixed defects verified, and related areas re-checked.
Test summary
A release recommendation with open risks stated plainly.
What your developers receive from us
Reproducible bug reports
Exact steps, expected and actual results, screenshots or recordings and device details.
Severity you can act on
Blocking, major and minor defects separated so the team fixes what matters first.
Automation they can run
Scripts committed to your repository and runnable in your CI pipeline.
Coverage visibility
A clear view of which requirements are tested and which are not.
Choosing the devices and browsers to test
Testing every phone and browser combination is impossible, so the device list should come from evidence. We start from your analytics: the browsers, operating-system versions and screen sizes your Singapore visitors actually use. From that we agree a test matrix that covers the large majority of your traffic, plus the oldest versions you have committed to support.
Mobile Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android usually lead the list for consumer products, while internal business tools may only need the desktop browsers your staff use. The agreed matrix is written into the test plan, so everyone knows what a pass actually covers.
Who will have access to your test environments
Testing gives our QA team access to pre-release software and test data. That team belongs to Appeonix Creative Lab, which is registered under India's Udyam scheme as a micro enterprise and holds an Ontario business name registration. We prefer anonymised or synthetic test data over copies of real customer records.
How testing work is priced
Testing can be priced per release cycle, as a fixed project for a defined test plan, or as dedicated tester hours each month. The proposal states the environments, devices and number of retest rounds included.
Software testing questions from Singapore teams
Can you test software built by a different vendor?
Yes. We need access to a test environment, the requirements or user stories, and test accounts for each user role. We do not need the source code for most functional testing.
Should we automate all our tests?
No. Automate stable, frequently repeated checks such as login, checkout and core workflows. New features and usability are better tested manually until they settle.
Can you test with real Singapore payment methods?
We test payment flows in the gateway's sandbox or test mode. Final checks with real transactions, such as a small PayNow or card payment, are done by your team or with accounts you control.
Do you work inside our bug tracker?
Yes. We log and track defects in your existing tool so developers do not have to switch systems.
How do you handle confidential pre-release software?
We can sign your confidentiality agreement, work only in environments you provide, and use synthetic test data wherever possible.
Have a release date coming up?
Tell us what you are launching and when. We will suggest a testing scope that fits the time you have.
