White-Label SEO for Singapore Digital Agencies
Many Singapore design, branding and digital agencies get asked for SEO by clients who already trust them with a website or campaign. Hiring a specialist for each of those requests rarely makes sense, and turning the work away sends the client to a competitor.
We do the SEO work behind your agency's name. You keep the client, the pricing and every conversation; our team in India handles audits, fixes, content briefs and reports that carry no Appeonix branding.
Tell us about your agency's SEO requests
Share the kind of clients you serve and the SEO work they ask for. We will reply with how we would fit into your delivery.
SEO deliverables we produce under your agency's name
Each item is delivered as a file or a completed task in your client's systems, with nothing that points back to us.
Technical audits
Crawlability, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, page speed, structured data and mobile issues, written up as a prioritised list your team can present as its own.
On-page fixes
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links and image text, made directly in the client's CMS where you grant access, or specified for their developer.
Content briefs
A target query, search intent, suggested outline, questions to answer and internal links for each page, ready for your writers or the client's.
Google Business Profile work
Category, service and description updates for clients with a genuine Singapore address, carried out in the client's own profile, never on an account we control.
Unbranded reports
Monthly summaries of work completed, Search Console trends and next steps, in an editable format your agency adds its logo and commentary to.
How the white-label relationship works for a Singapore agency
White-label means the end client deals only with you. We never email, call or message your clients, and our name does not appear in reports, documents or file properties we send. If your client needs to speak to someone about SEO, that person is someone at your agency, briefed by us.
Confidentiality from the start
We are comfortable signing your non-disclosure agreement before you share any client names, URLs or data. Client lists, pricing and strategy remain your agency's information, and we do not approach your clients for work directly.
Access through accounts your client owns
We ask for user-level access to the client's Search Console, analytics and CMS rather than handing over logins. Ownership stays with the client, and either your agency or the client can remove our access when an engagement ends.
Your pricing, our rates
We bill your agency at our published hourly or monthly rates. What you charge your client is your decision, and we have no involvement in it.
Bringing a new Singapore client account into white-label delivery
Agency briefing
You tell us about the client's business, goals, competitors and anything already promised, so our work matches what you have sold.
Access and baseline
The client grants user access to Search Console, analytics and the CMS. We record current indexing, traffic and query data as a starting point.
Audit and plan
We send an unbranded audit and a proposed month-by-month plan for your review before anything reaches the client.
Agreed work
Fixes, briefs and profile updates are carried out in the order you approve, with a short log of every change.
Monthly reporting
You receive an editable report draft plus internal notes explaining the results, so your account manager can answer client questions confidently.
Dividing responsibilities between your agency and our SEO team
A typical split. Adjust it to suit how your agency already runs client accounts.
| Area | Your agency | Appeonix team |
|---|---|---|
| Client relationship and contract | Owns it entirely | No contact with the client |
| Pricing to the client | Sets it | Not involved |
| Strategy approval | Approves the plan | Proposes the plan with reasoning |
| Technical and on-page work | Arranges access | Carries out or specifies the changes |
| Content writing | Writes or commissions, or asks us to | Writes briefs; can also draft pages |
| Reporting | Brands and presents | Prepares data, draft and notes |
Working with an Indian team on Singapore agency hours
Our team is based in India, not Singapore, and India runs 2.5 hours behind Singapore time. Our working day therefore starts in the late Singapore morning, and your afternoon overlaps with our main hours. Anything you send in the early morning will usually be picked up when we come online.
In practice this suits agency work: you can brief us after a morning client meeting, and we can still act on it the same day. For calls, Singapore afternoons are the easiest slot. Urgent requests close to a client deadline need a little more notice than a team in the same building would, so we agree on delivery dates when each piece of work is scheduled.

We will not

- Create Google Business Profiles at addresses where a client does not operate
Illustrative Business Scenario: a Singapore branding studio adding SEO
This is an illustrative example, not a real client. A small Singapore studio designs logos and WordPress websites. Several clients ask whether it can also help them appear in Google searches, and the studio has nobody who knows SEO.
The studio briefs us on one client, a professional services firm with a new website. We audit the site and find pages blocked from indexing and duplicate titles. We also note service pages that do not match how people search. The studio's account manager presents the audit under the studio's name. Over the next months we fix the technical issues, write briefs for three service pages, update the firm's Business Profile and prepare a monthly report that the studio sends out with its own branding.
The studio keeps the client relationship, charges a monthly fee it sets itself and pays us at our published rates. Whether the client's enquiries grow depends on competition and on how quickly new pages get published, which is why the reports show what was done alongside what changed.
Client data and Singapore's PDPA in a white-label setup
SEO work rarely needs personal data, but analytics accounts and enquiry forms can contain it. Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, overseen by the Personal Data Protection Commission, governs how organisations handle personal data. Your agency and its clients should decide what access an outside team needs. We ask only for the access the agreed tasks require, and we do not export form submissions or customer records. Where your client contract sets data-handling terms, share them with us so our work stays within them.
The company behind your agency's SEO deliverables
The team doing the work is Appeonix Creative Lab, founded in 2014, with a head office in Thrissur, Kerala and an office in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. It is registered in India as a micro enterprise under Udyam and also holds an Ontario business name registration. We have no office or staff in Singapore; all work is delivered remotely from India.

White-label SEO questions from Singapore agency owners
Will our clients ever see the Appeonix name?
Not from us. Reports, audits and briefs are sent unbranded and in editable formats, and we never contact your clients. If a client looks up who has user access to their Search Console, they will see the email address of whoever was added, so we can use an address you nominate if you prefer.
Can we sell the SEO at whatever price we choose?
Yes. We charge your agency at our published rates, and your client pricing is entirely your decision. We never see or discuss it with anyone.
Is it possible to start with one audit before taking on monthly work?
Yes. Many agencies begin with a single technical audit for one client to see how our work and reporting fit their process, then decide whether to continue.
What should we tell a client whose rankings have not moved?
We give your account manager internal notes explaining the likely reasons, such as competition, slow publishing or pending technical fixes, and what we suggest next. We do not offer ranking guarantees, so we recommend you avoid promising positions when selling SEO.
Do you write the actual web pages or only the briefs?
Either. Some agencies prefer their own writers to work from our briefs; others ask us to draft the pages too. For regulated or technical subjects, the client should review every page before it goes live.
