Plans have licence minimums: 25 on Starter and 15 on Growth. It makes most sense for businesses with at least around 15 people.

Do employees need a computer?

No. Employees can use the Android app to see tasks, update progress, punch in and out, and apply for leave.

Can staff punch in from different locations?

Yes. Attendance is recorded from the mobile app with a photo, address and GPS location for punch-in and punch-out.

Is APPEO NEXUS a payroll or HR system?

No. It includes attendance and leave alongside work management, but it does not run payroll or replace a full HR system.
