APPEO NEXUS
Appeo Nexus Privacy Policy
Last updated:
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Appeo Nexus is built and provided by Appeonix Creative Lab (“Appeonix”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Appeo Nexus pages of our website at https://www.appeonix.com/appeonexus/, including the Appeo Nexus AI Assistant (the website chat), the “Request a response” form in the chat, and the demo request forms on these pages.
Other parts of www.appeonix.com are covered by the Appeonix privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
Website chat (Appeo Nexus AI Assistant)
- The questions you type and the assistant’s replies, the page you were on, and the time.
- A random session identifier, stored in a cookie when you open the chat (see section 6).
- A one-way coded (hashed) form of your IP address and browser type, used only to prevent abuse. The chat does not store your IP address in readable form.
You can use the chat without giving us your name or contact details.
“Request a response” form in the chat
If you choose to fill in this form and tick the consent box, we collect your name and email address (required), and, if you provide them, your phone number, company, team size and message. We also record the page you were on and a record of your consent (the consent wording you agreed to and the time).
“WhatsApp now” and “Email now” buttons
These buttons open your own WhatsApp or email app with your question already filled in. Nothing is sent by us: you review the message and decide whether to send it. Anything you send goes directly through WhatsApp or your email provider.
Demo request forms
Some Appeo Nexus pages have a demo request form. It collects your full name, company name, business email address, phone number, an optional message, and the page address.
3. How the Appeo Nexus AI Assistant works
The Appeo Nexus AI Assistant is an automated assistant, not a person. It matches your question to verified information about Appeo Nexus and Appeonix prepared by our team, and replies with that information. It does not use a generative AI model and does not send your messages to any AI provider. It does not make decisions about you. If it cannot find a verified answer, it says so and offers ways to contact our team.
4. How we use your information
- To answer your questions in the chat and keep the conversation available while your chat session lasts.
- To reply to enquiries and demo requests you send us, by email or phone, about Appeo Nexus.
- To protect the chat and forms against spam and abuse (for example, limits on how many messages can be sent).
5. How enquiries are handled
Chat enquiries. When you submit the “Request a response” form, your enquiry is saved and then sent by email to our team at support@appeonix.com. Our team also receives a short internal alert through Telegram that contains only an enquiry reference, the type of enquiry, the team size you selected and the page address — not your name or contact details.
Demo requests. Your details are emailed to our team at support@appeonix.com, and you receive a confirmation email. The demo form does not store your details in a database.
We do not promise a specific response time.
6. Cookies, browser storage and third-party services
- Chat session cookie (
nxc_sid). Set only when you open the chat. It contains a random identifier, is used only by the chat, cannot be read by other scripts on the page, and expires after 7 days. - Browser session storage. The chat remembers, for the current browser tab only, whether the chat window is open and a one-time code that prevents the same form from being submitted twice. This is cleared when you close the tab.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. These pages use Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags to measure visits and the performance of our advertising, for example when someone starts a free trial. Google may set cookies and process information about your visit under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts. These pages load fonts from Google’s servers, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the chat cookie, the chat may not be able to keep your conversation.
7. Service providers we use
- Zoho Mail delivers enquiry and demo-request emails to our support mailbox.
- Telegram carries the short internal enquiry alert described in section 5, without your personal details.
- Google provides Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Fonts on these pages (section 6).
- Our hosting provider runs the server on which these pages, the chat and its database are hosted.
WhatsApp and your own email provider are involved only if you choose to use the “WhatsApp now” or “Email now” buttons.
8. How long we keep information
- Chat messages are deleted automatically once they are more than 90 days old.
- Chat sessions are deleted automatically once they have expired and been inactive for more than 90 days.
- Chat technical records and chat log files are deleted automatically after 180 days. Our chat logs are designed not to contain email addresses, phone numbers or message text.
- Enquiries from the “Request a response” form are kept for 24 months. After that, we delete them on request or review them for deletion, subject to any legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
- Demo request forms: the technical log of the form system, which includes your email address, is kept for 14 days.
- Website server logs, which record IP addresses of visits to our website, are kept for 14 days.
The automatic deletion runs once a day. Deleted chat records can remain in our database’s internal transaction log for up to 30 days before they are removed. Copies of enquiries in our support mailbox and enquiry alerts in Telegram are not removed by this automatic deletion.
9. Security
These pages and the chat are served over HTTPS. Access to the chat database is limited to the chat service and authorised administrators, and the chat runs under separate, restricted system accounts. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and requests
- Leaving your contact details is optional. The enquiry form is only submitted if you tick the consent box.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@appeonix.com or through our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
11. Free trial and refunds
15-day free trial
Try Appeo Nexus with a 15-day free trial before purchasing a subscription. You do not need to provide credit card or other payment information to start the trial. A valid business email address and a unique business domain are required. Public email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff and AOL are not accepted for trial registration.
No-refund policy
Payments made for Appeo Nexus subscriptions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Appeonix.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
