Prism Music and Arts Academy, located on D-Ring Road, New Salata, Doha, Qatar, is one of the country’s leading institutions for music, dance, and arts education. Established in September 2024, Prism focuses on offering premium training programs for students aged 3 and above — from children to adults. The institution is now recognized as the second-best academy in Qatar, with the first position held by the government-run 'Qatar Academy Doha'.

Before partnering with Appeonix Creative Lab, Prism Music and Arts Academy had limited visibility in the local market. Their previous digital marketing efforts, managed by a local vendor, delivered poor results — low lead volumes, high CPCs, and weak brand awareness. The client, led by Mr. Sharfuddin, needed a complete performance and brand repositioning strategy to boost admissions and build reputation across Qatar.
In June 2025, Prism was referred to Appeonix Creative Lab by one of our existing clients. After an initial audit, we took over their entire digital marketing operation starting July 2025. Despite it being the summer vacation period in Qatar — when many students travel abroad — we implemented a creative strategy to sustain business momentum through a two-month Summer Camp Campaign.
This initiative successfully retained 65–70% of enrolled students through short-term summer sessions, generating steady cash flow during what is typically an off-season. We also prepared the brand for an aggressive growth phase beginning in September 2025.
Appeonix deployed a multi-channel marketing strategy combining Meta Ads, Google Ads , and Google My Business (GMB) optimization. Custom landing pages were designed and optimized to dominate local search results for keywords related to music and arts classes in Doha.
Our campaigns focused on driving measurable outcomes — leads, inquiries, and brand engagement. With continuous optimization and audience testing, we brought down the Cost Per Click (CPC) from QAR 16 to as low as QAR 3, with 99% of campaigns running under QAR 8 CPC.
